If you're headed down the shore for the weekend, special arrangements can be made for Thursday pick up upon request.

We frequently have special extras available for purchase at pick-up time

Chef Eddie's birthday happens to be the 4th of July, so we are taking the weekend to spend with our families and friends. 
 
Since we won't be open for dinner service we are doing a 4th of July BBQ – to go (of course).

Pick-up times are above.

Meals are fully cooked but served ready to heat at home with easy instructions.

Each kit serves 4 and includes:

 

BBQ Pork Shoulder

1.5 lbs of smoked pork glazed with a tamarind-chipotle bbq sauce

Fresh Baked Honey Corn Bread

Zucchini Salad

with red onions and crunchy chili vinaigrette.

1 pint

Potato salad

hard boiled eggs, wild ramp aoli, charred spring onions, and tons of herbs

1 pint

and

4 Ears of Corn

roasted in the husk with tomato butter
