Chef Eddie's birthday happens to be the 4th of July, so we are taking the weekend to spend with our families and friends.
Since we won't be open for dinner service we are doing a 4th of July BBQ – to go (of course).

Meals are fully cooked but served ready to heat at home with easy instructions.
